Shu Yuan has been in Singapore's real estate industry since 2010. He played a pivotal role in the completion of an 840,000 square-foot industrial facility in Singapore. Additionally, Shu Yuan has created, constructed, and operated four unique food and beverage concepts, demonstrating his versatility in various sectors.

One of Shu Yuan's notable achievements includes the conceptualisation, construction, and management of Design Hub, which was Singapore's largest architectural product trading showroom at 45,000 square feet. Under his leadership, Design Hub has supplied materials for large-scale commercial and hospitality projects both within Singapore and across the region.

While expanding his diverse portfolio, Shu Yuan has also worked full-time at his family's concrete precast production business, which holds a distinguished reputation in Singapore's public housing sector through the Housing Development Board (HDB).

Recently, Shu Yuan successfully completed another significant project: a 650,000 square-foot industrial facility, featuring a multi-storey car park and heavy industrial components. As the project manager, he oversaw the entire process from planning and groundwork to structural and architectural finishes.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, Shu Yuan spearheaded the development of a 600-person workers' dormitory. The project, critical for worker welfare, was conceptualised, constructed, and made ready for occupancy within eight months.

Throughout his career, Shu Yuan has managed projects and operated business concepts with teams ranging from as few as 2 to as many as 200 members, across multiple departments, showcasing his exceptional leadership and project management skills. In his free time he spends time on his passion of Architecture and Interior Design.
