The Industrial West of Singapore had an abundance of Non Air Conditioned Low Cost Food Selections. To have a material competitive advantage , we proposed to have an environment and service that would attract Management Executives within the area.

To have a large enough space to service the large lunch crowds on a daily basis
We were commissioned to design this space early after the entire building was built. Our new program included a juice ciunter accessible on all sides and 160 seats.

HIGHLIGHTS.
Large Glass Panes that allowed a huge amount of light into the space
Challenge was to turn an industrial site into a place where professionals around the area would like to come to on a daily basis for their lunch. menu had to be extensive enough for multiple visits through out the week without having a high check average.
