Effectively manage the maximisation and use of undeveloped land to compliment the current operations of the business
Execution:
Management and Construction of a 700,000 Square Feet Manufacturing Facility with Ancillary Office and Multi Storey Above Ground Car park The challenge here was to build entirely out of precast and to design in a manner with triple use of space. Fire Control systems needed to go through rigorous simulations to minimise need for costly fittings throughout project . Project was completed early and surpassed expectations for performance

Much Like the1st Phase , Entire Development was built using Concrete Precast Components
Main challenges involved piling and pile cap works which were oversized to accomodate the multi-storey 20 KN loading of the factory above.
Above Ground works needed to be coordinated precisely with the manufacturing of the precast components which were done in house as well.
