"Stalls" Placed within dining space to facilitate activity and movement
Brief:
To Create an Asian restaurant which would be able to serve the tenants in the development. Price point needed to be economical, limited and fast service with some self service elements.


Execution:
Area was designed to be welcoming and practical. To provide a space that is casual and fitting for a limited service Asian Food Concept . the Check Average was above those of the non air conditioned places in the area but below full service restaurants. it is fitted out with traditional round tables. But we added a long rectangular table in the middle that runs the entire length to highlight that diners can expect a modern experience. All diners ordered through an iPad and this restaurant was one of the first to do so in Singapore in 2016
